De eerstvolgende bijeenkomst van Service Design Talks is op 24 maart. Het boek dat we voor deze keer hebben uitgezocht is ‘Design-driven Innovation: Changing the rules of competition by radically innovating what things mean‘, geschreven door door Roberto Verganti (Harvard Business Press, 2009).

Opnieuw een boek dat Design Thinking en het belang ervan voor strategische innovatie centraal zet. De reviews van het boek zijn erg positief (zie onder). Hopelijk dus weer een interessante titel om te lezen en met elkaar te bespreken.
